Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for 25,487 Constable (GD) vacancies for the year 2026. Candidates who have passed Class 10 can apply for Constable (GD) in CAPFs & SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles. The application process is completely online and the last date is 31 December 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen. Domicile/PRC is mandatory and must match the state selected during application.

18 to 23 years as on 01/01/2026.
Not born before 02/01/2003 or after 01/01/2008.
