Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 24 years as on 30-11-2025
- Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/EWS as per Govt rules
Selection Process
- No written test
- Selection based on percentage marks in qualifying examination
- First-time apprentices will be given preference
- In case of tie, age & matric marks will be considered

Candidates must complete two mandatory steps:
Step 1 – Register at Required Portal:
- Trade Apprentices → Register at NAPS: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
- Technician Apprentices → Register at NATS: nats.education.gov.in
Step 2 – Apply Online at IOCL Portal:
Submit application through iocrefrecruit.in from 28-11-2025 to 18-12-2025.
Note: Both registration + IOCL application are compulsory.
