POWERGRID Vacancy 2025: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has issued an official notification for the engagement of 1543 Field Engineer & Field Supervisor posts on a fixed-term contract basis. The appointment is for ongoing as well as upcoming projects across different regions of POWERGRID and its subsidiaries through the POWERGRID Common FTE Written Test 2025.

Vacancy Details
- Field Engineer (Electrical)
- No of posts: 532
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical or equivalent discipline with at least 55% marks.
- Experience: One year in Design/Engineering/Construction/Testing & Commissioning in RE/DMS/ST/TLs/Sub-Stations. Preference to PSU/Listed power sector experience.
- Field Engineer (Civil)
- No of posts: 198
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil or equivalent discipline with at least 55% marks.
- Experience: Same as above.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical)
- No of posts: 535
- Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Electrical or equivalent with at least 55% marks. Higher qualifications (B.Tech./M.Tech. etc.) not allowed.
- Experience: One year in RE/DMS/ST/TLs/Sub-Stations.

- Field Supervisor (Civil)

- Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks. Higher qualifications not allowed.
- Experience: One year in relevant field.
- Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication)
- No of posts: 85
- Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Electrical / Electronics & Communication / IT with at least 55% marks. Higher qualifications not allowed.
- Experience: One year in design/engineering/construction/testing/commissioning/O&M of Telecommunication systems.
