Who Can Apply?

- Permanent resident of Assam.
- Age: 28 to 45 years as of 1st April 2024.
- Education:
- General Category: Minimum 10th pass.
- SC/ST/OBC: Must have studied up to Class 10.
- Professional Degree Holders: 4-year degrees in fields like Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture, Veterinary, Fisheries, etc.
- Must have relevant skills or experience in proposed business activities.
- Bank Account: Must hold a scheduled commercial bank account opened before 1st April 2024.
- Must not be a loan defaulter.
- Only one member per family can apply.
- Must be registered with Employment Exchange in Assam.
- Not a beneficiary of CMAAA 1.0.
